1. About the service

Startupseedin is a financial record-keeping and accountability platform for startups and small businesses. It helps you record founder contributions, loans, expenses, approvals and payments. Startupseedin is not a bank, wallet, escrow service, investment platform or licensed payment institution.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you record and for keeping your credentials secure. You must have authority to act for any workspace you create or join.

3. Payments

Payment collection and payouts, where enabled, are processed by third-party providers such as Paystack under their own terms. Availability of currencies and payment methods depends on your provider account and applicable regulations.

4. Financial data

You retain ownership of the financial data you record. Startupseedin maintains a shared record for workspace members. Reports and balances are derived from the records you enter and are not a substitute for professional accounting or audit.

5. Changes

These terms are a draft. Material terms, including any fees, will be disclosed before they take effect.
