1. What we collect
Account details (name, email), workspace and financial records you enter, supporting documents you upload, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.
2. How we use it
To provide the service, enforce workspace access controls, process payments through providers you connect, maintain audit history and keep the platform secure.
3. Sharing
Data is visible to members of the workspaces you belong to according to their roles. Payment data is shared with the payment provider only as needed to process a transaction. We do not sell your data.
4. Security
Access is enforced by row-level security in the database. Sensitive operations run on the server. Uploaded documents are kept private and served through time-limited signed links.
5. Your rights
You may access and correct your data, and request export. Financial records may be retained as required for legal, tax and audit purposes even after account closure.
